Dear Jim and John,

We just wanted to send you a note to say how thrilled we are with our new home. The house has far exceeded our expectations. Having built before, we went into the process knowing that there would be a host of challenges along the way, but your team managed the process wonderfully. Since we were living 600 miles away, with a baby due two weeks after the house's scheduled completion date, our ability to deal with problems was severly limited. Fortunately, there were only minor issues that everyone was able to work through with our scheduled visits. We have been overwhelmed by your organization's collective honesty, integrity and professionalism!

Bill Mechler did a truly outstanding job managing both the process and our expectations. He was always available to answer questions, and to let us know how things were progressing. He did a great job of keeping us current with any issuees (budget, schedule or structure) and "went to bat for us" to get them resolved in a beneficial way. He also did a great job working through the challenges of building at Loch Lloyd and is stil working on our behalf. Most importantly Bill became a friend through the process, and I do not think most home owners can say that of their builders.

The entire Lambie Geer organization was a pleasure to work with. Deanna helped guide us through the design process and managed to help us get the house we wanted in a budget we could afford. Scott Bickford did a great job of capturing the look and feel and functionality of the house we wanted. We have a new house that feels like a family's home. Mindy was great to guide us through the selection and budget process. She helped to make the most effective use of our very limited time in town. All in all, your company turned what could have been a very stressful, very difficult process into a fun and exciting one!

We just wanted to take this opportunity to thank you for a job well done in the construction of our new home. This is our sixth newly constructed home (in three different states), and we would have to say that this was probably our most pleasant experience. (Since Lanny is in education, he has given you a score of 94 out of 100!) Professionalism, timeliness, customer service, and quality really sparkled – all of which we appreciate after having signed off on plans at 7:00 a.m. on September 11th. Needless to say, we had immediate doubts as to what we had gotten ourselves in to, but thankfully, everything turned out fine.

Overall, thank you for a super job! And the answer to the key question is "yes": if we were to build another home in the area, we’d choose Lambie-Geer once again.

As my wife and I approach the end of our first year in our new home, I am writing to submit our request for warranty service as part of the one-year service warranty for Lambie-Geer homes, offered to their customers. Set forth on page two of this letter is a list of the items we would like to have fixed and/or checked.

In addition to providing you with this list, I also want to take the opportunity to tell you how pleased my wife and I have been with your company, our home building experience and the finished product of our home. Our experience with Lambie-Geer Homes and the quality and craftsmanship of your sub-contractors have left us with nothing but high praises for your company.

Specifically, I would like to thank Mark Cahill and Shawn Chesney for their help toward our pleasant home building experience. We couldn’t have been more pleased with working with Mark during both the initial planning and construction phases of our house construction. Mark was great to work with, consistently kept us up-to-date as to the construction, listened to our questions, and got things done. Likewise, the level of customer service provided by Shawn Chesney with respect to our warranty issues has been first-rate. Although we have had very few things go wrong with the house, the limited things that have needed fixing or adjusting have been easy to fix. Literally, one call to Shawn and our problems have been fixed.
